Uncertain waves, ever-changing weather, unpredictable conditions…
But, still the surfer conquers the Ocean.
Because the Wave Surfer is:
- Alert looking for the next wave: Alert looking ahead, behind, beside, above and below for any clues as to where the next wave will come from
- Exploits the environment: Constantly aware; responding to minute changes in the weather and the immediate environment; responding quickly to the unpredictable conditions around
- Quick yet patient: Waits for the right wave and rides on it!
- Proactive and accurate: Responds easily and flawlessly to several things at once: the height of the wave, the speed of the wave, the wind, and the currents running beneath
The Surfer possesses “Agility” to win over the Ocean!
